2026/2027 Season Information
Thursday Club night
Sports hall at Queen Elizabeth High School, 7 – 9pm
Autumn Term 2026: 3rd September (10th September for juniors) to 17th December
Spring Term 2027: 7th January to 25th March
Junior members
Children age 12 and under 18 on 1st September 2026 who have played badminton previously are welcome. The club provides coaching for juniors between 6 and 7 pm. By invitation, more experienced juniors may also be able to join some sessions in the senior club.
Junior Fees
£120 per season inclusive of £10 enrolment and insurance*.
Payment can be termly £60 Sept-Dec / £60 Jan- March
Junior visitor £6 per club night, maximum of 4 visits.
Senior fees
£170 per season inclusive of £20 enrolment and insurance*.
Payment can be termly £100 Sept-Dec / £70 Jan-March
Senior visitor £9 per club night, maximum of 4 visits.
*Badminton England membership is required for all players at the club (see Badminton England website for details, including personal insurance cover).
Fees can be paid by cheque to Whitley Chapel Badminton Club or by direct transfer to the club account (Lloyd’s Bank, Sort code 30-96-26 Account number 54337868).
Senior and Junior Match Players
A fee of £5 is payable by team players for each home match. This is to cover the court and shuttle costs when hosting a home match. To be invoiced twice a year.
